This online article describes a research study that compared Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to an alternative intervention for children with autism and anxiety-related issues. Participants were randomly assigned to either the CBT program or a social recreational (SR) program. No significant differences in reported anxiety were found between the two intervention groups.
