This is the website of a scholarship offered by Community Living BC (CLBC) and the BC Government and Service Employees' Union (BCGEU). The maximum amount a person can receive is $2500, which can be used to support skills training related to employment, money for courses offered by accredited BC universities or colleges, indirect costs associated with attending post-secondary education or training, or community recreation activities. Applicants must be adults eligible to receive CLBC services.
Community Living BC (CLBC) is a provincial crown agency that funds services and supports for adults living with developmental disabilities and their families in British Columbia. Eligible adults and their families can either buy directly or access these supports and services through service providers or agencies. CLBC-funded supports include assistance with housing, family supports, connections with community services, and community inclusion supports (i.e., employment, social and life skills).
