Summary
This website provides a variety of resources connected to safety of individuals with developmental disabilities. For example, the documents include plain-language guides to rights, vulnerabilities, and support networks for self-advocates; discussions of how one can plan to address vulnerabilities; and a guide with recommendations for health care service providers.

Community Living BC (CLBC) is a provincial crown agency that funds services and supports for adults living with developmental disabilities and their families in British Columbia. Eligible adults and their families can either buy directly or access these supports and services through service providers or agencies. CLBC-funded supports include assistance with housing, family supports, connections with community services, and community inclusion supports (i.e., employment, social and life skills).
