My Plan is a self advocate workbook that is targeted at adults with developmental disabilities who want to take charge of their life. The workbook provides a means to identify choices and create a life plan. The previous version was of this workbook was called "My Advocacy Workbook."
Community Living BC (CLBC) is a provincial crown agency that funds services and supports for adults living with developmental disabilities and their families in British Columbia. Eligible adults and their families can either buy directly or access these supports and services through service providers or agencies. CLBC-funded supports include assistance with housing, family supports, connections with community services, and community inclusion supports (i.e., employment, social and life skills).
