Title
Asperger Syndrome
Summary
This online video series provides an introduction to Asperger Syndrome and discusses some of the challenges which people with Asperger Syndrome face in schools. It also provides strategies which can be used to support people with Asperger Syndrome in classrooms.
Note that Asperger Syndrome was removed from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders in 2013. However, the label is still used to refer to individuals diagnosed prior to 2013, and some of the information may be applicable to cognitively-able people diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
