Empowered for Employment is a series of employment support/training programs aimed at different groups.

Programs do not explicitly mention support for people with disabilities but this organisation has a history of doing so. They state that their teams " ... works collaboratively to adapt to the needs of each participant, as we realize the diversity of the community in which we live. We believe that each individual has the capacity to thrive in the workforce and we strive to empower community members to achieve employment and independence and participate in their broader communities, realizing healthier and happier lives."

1. Admin and Accounting Works is a free 11-week program for adults 55 years of age and over who aspire to enter or re-enter the workforce with newfound knowledge and confidence to work in Office Administration.

2. Peering into Employment is a free 8-week coordinated housing and employment program for individuals who are at risk of, or experiencing homelessness.

3. Skills for Today’s Workplace is an 11-week program designed for individuals who have been impacted by violence and/or abuse as an adult or child to gain skills training and obtain employment.

4. The Warehouse Worker program offers FREE individualized planning and skills training to secure in-demand jobs in Warehousing.
