Summary
A weekly or biweekly 45-minute session, in-person or online, for various ages and mental abilities.

During the sessions, art materials are used as a tool for expression, to process certain emotions and to communicate in a safe, non-judgemental space. A variety of themes may be covered including low self-esteem, anxiety, increasing self-awareness, and self-regulation. Depending on the individual, the style of the session may involve a combination of art worksheets, 3D art projects, as well as verbal counselling.

Monthly updates will be sent out, reviewing goals that were established in the first few sessions. There is no set time frame or number of sessions, as they are catered to the individual.
