It is the mission of ABA Learning Centre to provide a wide range of exemplary services to families of children and youth with autism spectrum disorders and other complex developmental disabilities. Professionals at ABA Learning Centre are dedicated to providing quality services based on procedures validated in the scientific literature.
Summary
The ABA Learning Centre, offers an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) Summer Camp that runs from 1 PM to 4 PM at their Richmond BC location and costs $1000 for 8 sessions, catering to children aged 5 to 12 years old. The student to staff ratio is 2:1, with a 1:1 ratio available upon request. Activities include AAC device practice, expressive language development, communication strategies, peer interaction, sensory exploration, and motor skills. Prerequisites include having a personal AAC device and independence in using the toilet.
