Mandate
What we do is unique, because the horses are the teachers! Children and youth (ages 5+) work on the ground with horses through custom designed exercises. Through working with horses, your child can develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and social skills.
Summary
Hey, I am Miranda Griffin. I work as a childcare support worker who supports children with challenging behaviors, as a behavior interventionist to children who have an autism diagnosis, and as an equine assisted learning (EAL) facilitator.
What is EAL? It is a unique form of experiential learning where the horses are the teachers. Children and youth work with horses on the ground through custom designed exercises that develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and social skills. No horse experience is necessary, as there is no riding.
I would love to talk to you about how EAL can support your child in meeting goals and working on areas of improvement.
We offer both private and group sessions.
