Located in Penticton, BC, we provide counselling using evidence-based approaches, creative interventions, and play to help facilitate self-discovery, healing, and resolution of adverse childhood experiences, trauma, and relationship fractures. Our approach focuses on the building blocks of healthy relationships, primarily to cultivate resiliency, improve emotional intelligence (EQ), and increase trust (TQ).

Are you different? So am I. I specialize in working with people who break the mold. This includes spectrum families, neuro-diverse adults (ADHD, depression, anxiety), gender-creative kids, and 2SLGBTQ adults. Focusing on resiliency and emotional intelligence, I use evidence-based practices and creative interventions to use the wounds of the past as seeds for growth. Adverse childhood experiences, trauma, and relationship fractures disrupt our feelings of safety and trust.
Using a Disability Justice Framework, I offer creative interventions designed for you. Interventions include person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and expressive arts. We work together to design an intervention which works with you- your goals, interest, budget, and time.
