L’Arche Greater Vancouver's Residential Program is centered on six homes that celebrate each person's uniqueness. They offer a welcoming environment where residents with developmental disabilities engage in daily activities like meals, outings, prayers, and vacations together. The homes prioritize relationships, inclusion, and maintaining high standards of care, with licensed homes by the Fraser Health Authority. Creation House supports aging individuals, while Emily House, Nazirah House, and The Crossing provide homes for people with disabilities and dedicated support from assistants. The admission process is in partnership with Community Living British Columbia (CLBC), and donations help sustain and expand their programs and homes.
